Learn how to get out of your own way on the path to success! Join Marjorie Spitz, Chief MOJO Maker™, work-culture guru and life coach for a fun, interactive MOJO Makers™ workshop to help you overcome the negative attitudes, defeatist thinking, and discouraging self-talk that is holding you back.

You are a kick-ass woman with a bold career and satisfying social life. You advise C-Suite executives, partners, your staff, high-level clients, and dear friends. But when it comes to yourself, you may lack confidence or feel unable to implement the very advice you offer to others. On the outside, you appear to have it all together, yet on the inside self-criticism hinders your ability to achieve the success you know you’re capable of. Together we will uncover areas where you are thriving and those that need addressing. What you find may surprise you! You’ll leave with strategies to boost your career, business and lead a more balanced and rewarding life. Your best life.

Marjorie has a powerful combination of wellness, organizational development, marketing, event, and non-profit expertise as a result of over 20 years of passionate commitment to building brands and helping corporations and organizations maximize their potential. She understands the demands of work, life, and health. Grounded in the philosophy that small changes make big differences, she launched MOJO Health + Wellness in 2014. Her specialty is assessing and humanizing the workplace. Her clients include Balance Integration, where she serves as Principal and leads businesses like KKR and the NBA, and Dune Resorts, an east end management company where she develops and implements staff, guest, and owner experience strategies. Marjorie launched Montauk Retreats in 2018. The next one focuses on self-compassion and takes place from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2nd.
